As a trusted manufacturing partner since 2016, our factory has supplied BYD with a comprehensive range of charging systems, including AC chargers (7kW compliant with Chinese GB/T and US standards) and DC chargers (120kW and 180kW models meeting European specifications). This proven track record has laid the foundation for the joint development of next-generation ultra-fast charging solutions.

"The 480kW and 600kW systems represent a quantum leap in charging speed and efficiency," , Chief Executive Officer. "Working closely with BYD's R&D teams, we've optimized thermal management, power distribution, and compatibility with next-gen EV platforms. These chargers will redefine the refueling experience for commercial fleets and high-performance passenger vehicles."

Industry testing shows the 600kW prototype can deliver up to 300 miles of range in under 10 minutes, addressing critical barriers to EV adoption. Both models support flexible configuration for global markets, incorporating CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO, and GB/T 20234.3-2015 protocols.

With final prototypes approved in Q1 2025, our company is now activating its vertically integrated production lines across all facilities. The company expects to deliver first commercial units to BYD by April 2025, with annual capacity projected to exceed 6000 units by the end of 2025.

As an ISO-certified EVSE manufacturer since 2010, we specializes in end-to-end development of smart charging infrastructure. With our production bases and 90% in-house component integration, the company powers charging networks across 12 countries. Learn more: www.eejann.com
