Industry background and market overview

In 2024, the state continued to increase support for the new energy automobile industry and issued a series of policy documents to provide a strong guarantee for the development of the charging pile industry. For example, The State Council issued a package of policy Measures to stabilize the Economy, proposing to optimize the investment and construction operation mode of charging piles (stations), and gradually achieve full coverage of charging facilities in residential and operational parking lots; According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China has built 4.2 million charging piles, forming the world's largest charging and replacing network. The Ministry of Transport and other departments have issued opinions to promote the electrification of railways and the electrification of airport operations, and accelerate the effective coverage of the fast charging network on expressways.

Company performance review

1. Achievement of sales target: Through the unremitting efforts of all employees, we achieved the sales target set at the beginning of the year, and even exceeded the task in some months.

2. Market share growth: In the fierce market competition, our market share increased by 25% compared to the same period last year, which is due to our continuous optimization of product mix and improvement of service quality.

3. Improvement of customer satisfaction: Through strengthening communication and contact with customers, customer satisfaction has been improved, and word-of-mouth communication and secondary purchase rate have been promoted.

Product sales analysis

1. Product sales distribution: From the perspective of product sales, the sales of DC charging pile product line accounted for 68%, and the AC household product line accounted for 28%. The sales growth of AC pile product line this year was significant, and the subsequent promotion in overseas markets should be increased.

2. New product promotion: We successfully introduced new generator products into the market, combined with our charging pile, realized the use of diesel electricity price to power the charging pile in remote areas, solved the customer's concern about power shortage, and obtained a good market response. We will continue to increase the promotion of new products to expand market share.

Sales strategy and implementation

1. Product pricing strategy: According to the market demand and the situation of competitors, we have developed a reasonable product pricing strategy to ensure the competitiveness of products and profit margins.

2. Promotional activities planning: planned and implemented a series of promotional activities, such as New Year promotion activities, 618 activities, etc., which effectively improved brand awareness and customer stickiness.

3. Channel expansion: Actively explore new sales channels, including online e-commerce platforms, offline partners, etc., broaden sales channels and improve market coverage.

Team building and training improvement

1. Team structure optimization: In order to improve work efficiency and execution, we optimized the structure of the sales team, clarified the responsibilities of each position, and ensured smooth team cooperation.
